The Arts Council is pleasd to present, The Color of Change, an exhibition by Catherine Tonning Popowich. Michigan born and raised, Catherine has been creating art her entire life. The Color of Change represents a shift in Catherine’s work from realism to abstract, that led her to exploring with new techniques and colors.

For the past 52 years, the Arts Council has been a strong advocate for arts, culture and creativity in the Tri-Counties. We have taken a stand on arts in the schools, percent-for-art programs, the value and importance of the arts, funding on a national, statewide and local basis, diversity and inclusion, and so much more. We invite you to join us a spokesperson for the arts during the month of March, and voice your support for the arts!
