Meet Jen
Jen Estill blends decades of creative leadership experience with a deep passion for placemaking, community development, and the arts. She is founder and creative director of Redhead Creative Consultancy, a Lansing-based brand marketing agency that builds strategies that drive change for people, place, prosperity.
From brand building to creative campaigns to website development, Jen oversees projects that help organizations find and amplify their strategic voice. Jen is also president of Mahoney & Associates, a full-service promotional products company, and founder of Nelson Gallery in Downtown Lansing, a space for well-curated art and design in a historic, mid-century George Nelson building.
She explores honest conversations about creative industry leadership as co-host of The Speak Easy Podcast, and serves on the board of Downtown Lansing Inc. At her core, Jen is a grassroots activist and community developer — building neighborhoods where there are none, conceptualizing events that create a sense of place, and championing the micro-infrastructures and arts initiatives that make cities livable, inclusive, and fulfilling.
*Please note that Arts Roll Call is also available on most podcasting platforms, including Spotify and iTunes.
